1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of hope4addictions.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from Hope4Addictions (“we,” “us,” “our”), 12400 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73170. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and you must give us accurate information. We ship to the addresses and countries offered at checkout.

3. Products and availability

We sell recovery curriculum, books, workbooks, banners, and related ministry materials, some of which are made to order or available by membership. We work to describe and photograph each item accurately, but covers, colors, and page details can vary. Descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are processed securely by our payment processors (Square and PayPal); we do not store your full card number. If a price is shown in error, we may correct it and give you the choice to continue at the corrected price or cancel.

5. Placing and accepting orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a stock shortage, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship by USPS and the carriers shown at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please check your shipping address carefully. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery and we will work with the carrier to replace it or refund you.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not refund items that were delivered as ordered and in good condition.

  • Cancellations: contact us before your order ships and we will cancel it and refund you.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we will cover the shipping.
  • Lost packages: see “Shipping and delivery” above.
  • Refunds approved under this section go back to your original payment method.

8. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, logos, images, curriculum, covers, and descriptions, belongs to Hope4Addictions or to our authors, publishers, and licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content, or reproduce curriculum or materials you purchase, without written permission.

9. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with or attempt to break into it, to scrape it with automated tools, or to provide false information.

10. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties other than those that cannot be excluded, and we do not promise that the Site will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hope4Addictions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Your order is governed by the Terms in effect when you placed it.
